Registration/Cancellation Policy
Introduction
This Registration/Cancellation Policy explains the requirements for registration and cancellation for NAC classes and events. We hope this will answer any questions you have but if not, please let us know. It’s likely that we’ll need to update this Policy from time to time. We’ll notify you of any significant changes, but you’re welcome to come back and check it whenever you wish.
Seat Requirements
Each person present in studio must have a paid seat. No Infants or Toddlers in Adult Classes.
Online Reservations
Payment must be made to hold your spot. Registration closes one week prior to class. Please note that “joining” or “liking” this event on social media does not secure you a place in class. Your credit card will be processed and all fees paid at completion of your online reservation. Reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
Class Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that life brings surprises to us all, and sometimes people must cancel their class reservation. Seating is limited and we may have people on the waiting list for the class. Please be considerate and let us know as soon as possible if you need to change your plans. Help us continue to offer these wonderful classes, at the most affordable costs possible, by reading and adhering to our cancellation, refund and transfer policies. Please note that under no circumstances will NAC prorate any classes, camps or workshops.
Cancellation Policy
Classes and Workshops:
NAC cancels classes when enrollment minimums are not reached. Cancellations are determined no later than 2 business days before the class starts.
One Day/Evening Workshops & Events:
These 3-hour workshops or events are cancelled when enrollment minimums are not reached. Cancellations are determined no later than 1 business days before the class starts.
Kids & Teens Summer Camps:
NAC cancels camps when enrollment minimums are not reached. Cancellations are determined no later than 5 business days before the camp starts.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are given for any class, workshop of event if the class is cancelled by NAC. Cancellations occur when the enrollment does not reach the minimum enrollment.
If a student chooses to withdraw from a class, workshop or event, prior to the start date, the refund policy is as follows:
Classes and Workshops

100% refund with 4 or more days notice prior to start date of the class.

50% refund with 3 or more days notice to start date of the class.

No refunds will be granted after the start of the class or workshop.
Camps

100% refunds with 7 or more days notice.

If a camper is not available for an entire week of camp, we highly recommend that the parents choose another week. Camps are designed to be a week-long learning experiences and projects are not designed to be completed on a day-by-day basis.
Transfers

In place of refunds, transfers may be made to another class, or gift certificates may be issued to be used in the future toward classes, workshops and camps.
DISCLAIMER:
All classes and workshops must meet a requirement for a minimum number of participants. Be sure to register early to ensure that the class of your choice will run as scheduled. Refunds and make up classes will not be provided due to student illness, unexpected travel, or reasons not the responsibility of the faculty or NAC. Students ages 16 and 17 may take adult level classes with parental permission. Use of studios solely for commercial production work is not permitted. NAC reserves the right to refuse enrollment to individuals with a history of unacceptable behavior.
